Who is Jason Usher Photography?
Jason Usher Photography is a full-service photography service serving Houston Texas. The House of Usher is the studio brand name of Jason Usher Photography. Both brands are run by Jason Usher, a Houston Based Photographer.
Data Collection. What Data Do I Collect and Why?
Data Collection Summary
Personal Data. Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, and demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily give to me if you submit it through my contact or design forms or choose to participate in various activities related to the Site. You are under no obligation to provide me with personal information of any kind; however, your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site and my Service.
Cookies. I may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Site to help customize the Site and improve your experience. Derivative Data. As previously stated, our web server collects data pertaining to your access to our website, such as your IP address, access time, and your region. This data is cycled off of our server in 90-day increments. This same information, in addition to your operating system, and your access path to our website is passed to Google Analytics, and the data being passed can be controlled by your browser. Website Analytics. I may also partner with selected third-party vendors, Adobe Analytics, Cloudflare, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics, and others, to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Site through the use of first-party cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and track users’ use of the Site, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. By accessing the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. You are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions. I do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors. Financial Data. This website does not collect financial data. We use a third-party invoice company for purposes of electronic payment. Mobile Data. Your mobile data carrier may collect information pertaining to your time on our website. You can find your provider’s privacy policies pertaining to this data on their respective websites. This information usually includes geolocation, data rates, and bandwidth use. We do not instruct your device to create any push notifications
3rd Party Data. We may use 3rd party tools outside of those listed previously that collect data. Our website is built on WordPress, and while we don’t use any of their tools for the collection of data, Automattic may collect data that we are unaware of. One instance that we do know of, is that WordPress integrates with the Gravatar service so that you can comment on multiple WordPress websites with one third-party profile. Embedded Content. We occasionally use embedded content from other websites, these embeddings may collect data. Currently, the embedded content we may use will come from Instagram (https://about.instagram.com/safety) or YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/user-settings/privacy).
How Long Do We Retain Your Data?
For users that register on my website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
